We're assembling a high-impact engineering team and seeking a Senior Backend Engineer who loves building scalable systems, high-performance APIs, and data-driven products from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices
  • Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for top-tier performance
  • Utilize modern frameworks like Pydantic, FastAPI, and others to ship production-ready code
  • Work closely with AI engineers and product teams to integrate Large Language Models and GenAI-driven insights
  • Ensure security, reliability, and performance across backend services
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in backend development
  • Expertise in Python and modern frameworks: FastAPI, Django, Flask
  • Pydantic for data validation & schema management
  • SQLAlchemy / Alembic for database ORM and migrations
  • Strong experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
  • Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience designing distributed systems and scalable architectures
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Bonus: Experience with AI/LLM integrations or agentic frameworks
