We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our metro connectivity initiatives, airport master planning, and commercial land parcel development. Key accountabilities include enhancing metro connectivity, revising the airport master plan, and developing cargo city proposals.

• Metro Connectivity:
• Enhance existing aero express lines and execute new projects like T1 Metro.
• Plan for future expansion by extending metro lines from Sector 21 Metro Station to Gurgaon.

• Airport Master Plan:
• Revise the landside and ground access plans for the airport.
• Collect data, analyze it, and develop a transport model or demand forecast.

• Commercial Land Parcel Development:
• Develop traffic circulation master plans for CPD land parcels.
• Finalize land use, traffic generation, and circulation requirements for each parcel.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling projects related to roads, highways, expressways, bypasses, metro rail, airports, bridges, ROBs, truck terminals, station areas, transport hubs, multi-level car parks, SEZs, and ports. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with external stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.

BE/B Tech degree with a postgraduate degree in Transport Planning is required. The candidate must have over 15 years of relevant work experience in managing transportation infrastructure projects.
