Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. As a key contributor, you will design and implement high-performance backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript. Your expertise in building scalable and real-time communication systems will help power our platform used by hundreds of thousands of gamers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain robust backend services.
  • Develop and optimize real-time communication systems leveraging Redis, WebSockets (Socket.io), and scalable database architectures.
  • Implement caching strategies, performance tuning, and scaling solutions for high-traffic environments.
  • Architect APIs and services that integrate seamlessly with our frontend and mobile clients.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, with strong documentation for long-term scalability.
  • Ensure system reliability, fault tolerance, and high availability in production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL/MySQL with proven ability in query optimization.
  • Practical expertise with Redis for caching, messaging, and WebSocket-based communication.
  • Solid understanding of scalable system design, asynchronous processing, and distributed architectures.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus.
