We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the costs associated with construction projects, including cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Study project scope in-line with design requirements
  • Validate technical specifications received from design teams
  • Optimize specifications without any deviation in client requirement deliveries
  • Validate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and backup workings
  • Present BOQs and solutions to management and obtain approvals
  • Check Receiving Advice (RA) bills and final bills
  • Prepare amendments
  • Validate budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrix
  • Submit different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual design
  • Explore new products and take them to approvals
  • Propose different optimization options in budgets
  • Complete budget requirements within given Time-Age-Tolerance (TAT) without delays
