Job Title

We're seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create engaging visuals for our social media platforms. As a creative professional, you will play a vital role in developing an effective visual identity that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality graphics for Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp, including carousels, thumbnails, and story templates.
  • Maintain and evolve our brand's visual style to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Translate content briefs into clear visual narratives, data visuals, and memes that are easy to grasp and fun to share.
  • Collaborate closely with content, copy, and performance teams to align on campaign objectives and timelines.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in social design for consumer brands or media, preferably in the finance or fintech industry.
  • A strong portfolio of Instagram-first work showcasing your skills in creating engaging graphics and illustrations.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC, including basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere for motion graphics.
  • Comfort with data visualization and ability to turn numbers into clean, digestible graphics.
  • Solid typography and layout fundamentals, with attention to detail and consistency.
Nice to Have
  • Experience designing for WhatsApp campaigns and YouTube thumbnails that drive CTR.
  • Knowledge of AI/automation tools to speed up workflows.

Success is measured through key performance indicators (KPIs): growth in shares, saves, and completion rate, CTR uplift, production velocity, consistent branding, and reduced time-to-publish.
