Job Title: Interior Design Intern

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Design Intern who will play a vital role in the design and development of a rooftop lounge concept.

The successful candidate will collaborate with our engineering teams to integrate solar panels, smart energy solutions, and modern interior aesthetics into the lounge design.

  • Assist in designing rooftop lounge layouts that balance functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
  • Work closely with engineers to integrate solar panel structures into the lounge design without compromising style and usability.
  • Develop 3D renders, sketches, and mood boards to visualize design ideas and showcase creativity.
  • Research and propose eco-friendly materials, furniture, and finishes that align with our company's values.
  • Design concepts for seating, lighting, flooring, and shading that complement solar installations and enhance user experience.
  • Support in preparing presentations, drawings, and design documents for internal review and feedback.
  • Explore innovative ideas for smart energy integration (solar-powered lighting, charging stations, shading using panels, etc.).

Requirements & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Sustainable Design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar 3D modeling tools.
  • Excellent visualization skills with the ability to translate concepts into high-quality renderings.
  • Strong interest in sustainable design, renewable energy, and modern lifestyle spaces.
  • Creative problem-solver with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
  • Previous internship experience in a similar profile is an asset.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work experience is required.
