Job Overview

The Electrical Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of skilled electricians on various projects related to electrical system installation, maintenance, and repair. This role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring safety and quality, conducting training, and providing technical guidance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff and promote safe working practices
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards
  • Provide technical assistance to electricians and troubleshoot complex system failures
  • Maintain accurate records of all electrical work, including schematics, maintenance logs, and inspection reports
Key Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and management skills to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
  • Technical knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and industry-specific electrical codes and safety standards
  • Relevant supervisory experience and a strong background in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Advanced analytical skills to diagnose and resolve electrical issues
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Tech certifications or relevant professional development
