We seek a highly skilled UX Designer to join our rapidly growing team, bringing expertise in designing responsive user interfaces for internal and external banking platforms, native mobile apps, and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop intuitive user interfaces that meet the needs of diverse user groups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participate in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Break down complex design problems into actionable components and solve them with precision and clarity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest standards, trends, and changes in the mobile design field.
  • Create graphic design assets such as website banners, event backdrops, marketing materials, and corporate branding collateral.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant fields
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields
  • Banking experience is advantageous
  • Experience in designing web and mobile applications
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, and Digital Transformation & Design System
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, and other relevant design tools
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS
  • Strong graphic design skills for creating marketing and branding materials
  • Excellent understanding of technology trends and demonstrable design skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
