Job Overview

The Fund Accounting Specialist plays a pivotal role in the accurate calculation of daily and periodic Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) for funds, ensuring timely delivery of valuations to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete activities related to fund valuation, stock and cash reconciliations, and analysis of NAVs.
  • Review and analyze exceptions, suggesting enhancements to recurring issues.
  • Ensure corporate actions are correctly reflected on the NAV.
  • Collect and analyze relevant management information from an operational and client perspective.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial services.
  • Knowledge of financial market operations, accounting, and basics of financial management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and organizational policies.
  • Studying for ACCA, ACA, or CIMA at an advanced level.
Requirements:
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
