Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer

At SISL Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Azure IDAM services to meet the organization's requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Azure AD security features, including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and MFA. They should also have a good understanding of threat handling, including identification, prevention, and response to incidents.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. The location of this position is not specified.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, configure, and administer Azure IDAM services
  • Implement and manage Azure AD security features, including Conditional Access and MFA
  • Develop and maintain Azure AD automation scripts using PowerShell
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to integrate Azure AD with other systems and applications
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, troubleshooting any Azure AD-related issues and incidents

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing Azure IDAM services
  • Strong experience with Azure AD security features, including Conditional Access and MFA
  • Good understanding of threat handling, including identification, prevention, and response to incidents
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex Azure AD issues

Desirable Skills:

  • Troubleshooting and reporting via Azure AD sign-in logs
  • Knowledge of Graph API and management APIs
  • Experience with testing new Microsoft features and providing private preview feedback
