Data Analyst Specialist for Business Intelligence

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (estimated based on industry standards)
Job Description
The Data Analyst handles all phases of data analysis portions of a customer success engagement within Reflexis offerings, reporting directly to the Manager of Customer Experience. This position involves determining the types of data analysis that best support the increased understanding of customers' business goals, utilizing data analysis techniques to recommend operational and system configuration changes, detecting operational trends, and measuring ROI of Reflexis solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with customers to collect and analyze information in Reflexis products and related external information, presenting results and insights to Customers' business teams.
- Perform advanced data analysis using Reflexis Systems, Inc.'s business intelligence and analytics products, developing software to support reusable analysis techniques and tools.
- Develop complex SQL queries, conducting data analysis on new and existing data sources, and providing recommendations to improve data quality and related efficiencies.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve data pipelines, predictive and prescriptive analytical models to help Reflexis's customers maximize ROI on use of the Reflexis application suite.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with emphasis on analytics, data science, or business analytics.
- 2 years of experience and proficiency in data visualization techniques, familiarity with basic statistical methods, and advanced skills in analytics tools, database technologies, and SQL.
- Prior experience with business intelligence (IBM Cognos), data visualization software (Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker etc.), ability to develop advanced analytic data models, and contribute to the design and development of data pipelines and data warehouses.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy of data required, with experience using cloud data warehouses (Big Query, Snowflake, etc.).
