IP Associate Litigation Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IP Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting patent applications, conducting prosecution projects, and providing training to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting patent applications for inventions in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)
  • Conducting prosecution projects, including formulating response strategies for office actions and drafting complete responses
  • Drafting provisional specifications and complete patent applications with well-crafted claim sets that conform to US and EP patent legal and procedural standards
  • Providing training to team members on multiple technical areas
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering/technology from a reputable institution
  • Excellent domain knowledge in ICT field (Information and Communication Technologies)
  • 4+ years of experience in patent drafting and/or prosecution with at least 2 years of experience in patent drafting for US jurisdiction
  • Experience of drafting 50+ patent applications for US domain
