Drive Ambitious Growth as a Senior Lead Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

This role seeks a highly skilled individual with a growth hacking mindset to lead our lead acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for paid digital distribution and strategy, focusing on hands-on management and expansion of distribution channels while minimizing reliance on third-party agencies.

Responsibilities:
  • Paid Digital Distribution: Manage all paid digital distribution channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and emerging platforms, to generate high-quality leads.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage a robust lead acquisition strategy, from idea creation to continuous iteration, to optimize performance and scale acquisition efforts.
  • Channel Management: Take full ownership of key distribution channels, removing reliance on third-party vendors and bringing channel management in-house for direct control and maximum efficiency.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance, analyzing data to identify new opportunities for growth and iterating rapidly on successful strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics to provide insights into campaign performance, optimizing budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation goals.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles, with a strong focus on lead acquisition and paid media.
  • A deep understanding of paid digital distribution channels and a track record of successfully managing large-scale campaigns.
  • A proactive, hands-on, and autonomous approach to work.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • A growth hacking mindset with a history of implementing creative, scalable, and unconventional strategies.

  • Paid Media Expertise: Proven experience with major paid platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Social Media Acumen: An obsession with social media platforms, including a deep understanding of audience behavior and the ability to identify and leverage viral trends for marketing advantage.
  • Channel Management: Demonstrated ability to manage, optimize, and expand digital distribution channels with minimal to no reliance on third-party agencies.
  • Growth Strategy: The capacity to ideate, execute, and iterate on growth strategies from start to finish.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on interpreting performance data to drive actionable insights.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and seize new opportunities.
  • Creativity: An experimental mindset and a strong capacity for testing innovative ad concepts and distribution methods.
