We are seeking a seasoned Data Science Team Lead to spearhead the development of cutting-edge analytical toolkits for time series forecasting. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of scalable data science solutions and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

• Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or MBA.
  • 4+ years of experience as a data science team lead, with expertise in reusable analytical toolkits for time series forecasting.
  • 4+ years of experience building solutions in the supply chain space, including demand planning.
  • 6+ years of experience working in a team to deliver production-level analytic solutions, with fluency in Git version control.
  • 6+ years of experience in ETL and/or data wrangling techniques.
  • 6+ years of experience in statistical/ML techniques for supervised (regression, classification) and unsupervised problems (Random Forest, Decision Trees, XGBoost, LightGBM), and time series forecasting (Time series, ARIMA, ARIMAX, Holt-Winter, regression analysis, hypothesis testing).
  • 4+ years of experience in model explainability.
  • 6+ years of experience in developing business-centered statistical/ML modeling using industry tools, preferably Python or Scala based.
  • Ability to design and support technical architecture.
  • Experience with distributed machine learning.
  • Business storytelling and communicating data insights in a business-consumable format, with experience in at least one visualization tool.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Agile methodology for team work and analytics.
