Job Summary:

This role bridges the gap between solutions and client needs as a strategic techno-functional expert and trusted advisor.

The India Solutions Head oversees solutioning responsibilities for the entire India region while playing a consulting role within India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales teams to understand client challenges across banking and financial institutions.
  • Present customized solutions covering areas such as core banking, digital payments, lending, risk, and compliance.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and POCs, showcasing business value.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses with technical accuracy and business alignment.

Industry-Specific Solution Design:

  • Design tailored BFSI solutions addressing key use cases like fraud, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless integration with core banking systems, payment gateways, and risk tools.

Regulatory & Compliance Expertise:

  • Stay abreast of IMEA-specific regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, Basel III).

Customer Engagement & Advisory:

  • Act as a strategic advisor, providing thought leadership on digital banking transformation.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.

Regional Strategy & Expertise:

  • Leverage understanding of India BFSI market trends to shape GTM strategy.

Internal Enablement & Knowledge Sharing:

  • Conduct training sessions for clients, partners, and internal teams.

Market Intelligence & Feedback:

  • Gather insights from the field and relay feedback to internal teams.
