Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Manual Quality Assurance Specialist with hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms to contribute to our QA team.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of end-to-end testing of e-commerce workflows such as product listings, cart functionality, checkout, and payment integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements to ensure seamless integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee quality throughout the development lifecycle
  • Design and execute test cases for web and mobile platforms to validate functionality
  • Perform regression, functional, integration, and UI testing for e-commerce features to identify defects
  • Document and track bugs using tools like JIRA or similar
  • Validate fixes and conduct re-testing as needed to verify resolution
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues efficiently
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation to enhance efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5–7 years of experience as a Manual QA Tester with proven expertise
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), System Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and defect lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
  • Experience working with issue tracking tools like JIRA to track and resolve defects
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment to prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with cross-browser and mobile testing to ensure compatibility
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools to expand skill set
  • Familiarity with databases and ability to write basic SQL queries to enhance knowledge
  • Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus but not required to automate testing
  • Exposure to platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom-built e-commerce systems to expand expertise
