Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Integration Cloud Developer to lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure data integration solutions.

About This Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a technical leader with hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to drive high-performing integrations across applications and systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop end-to-end integration flows using OIC to ensure performance, security, and compliance.
  • Architect scalable data integration solutions leveraging OIC's advanced adapters, orchestration patterns, and error-handling frameworks.
  • Re-engineer existing integrations for better performance, maintainability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Leverage OIC's capabilities to optimize and improve integration processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers while enforcing best practices.
  • Lead architectural discussions and influence technical decision-making.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical/functional issues with root-cause analysis.
  • Implement monitoring and support mechanisms for production-grade integrations.
  • Partner with stakeholders and functional consultants to translate requirements into effective solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and process flows.
The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have 7–10 years of integration experience, deep knowledge of OIC, cloud/SaaS integration, and advanced features such as AI/ML-powered insights and OCI services.
