Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Oracle Fusion Production Support Service Engineer. This position involves providing end-to-end production support for Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Inventory modules, ensuring high availability and performance. The successful candidate will troubleshoot system issues, analyze error logs, and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Support: Provide 24/7 production support for Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Inventory modules.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot system issues, analyze error logs, and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve production incidents, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
  • System Health and Configuration: Monitor and maintain system health and configuration, implementing process improvements where necessary.
  • Cost Control Workflows and Inventory Processes: Manage cost control workflows and inventory processes to optimize system functionality.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain thorough documentation of support processes and technical procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Production Support, specifically with Cost Management and Inventory modules.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a production environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion configuration, integration, and support tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in India.
  • Familiarity with SQL databases and performance tuning in a production setting.
  • Experience with incident management systems and continuous improvement practices.
