Job Overview

This position reports to the GRC Manager and involves working across product and technology teams to strengthen information security posture.

The Information Security Consultant will build trust among clients and stakeholders by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and security frameworks. Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and enhancing information security policies, standards, and processes, as well as executing governance routines and reporting to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance: Develop, implement, and enhance information security policies, standards, and processes aligned with regulatory requirements and security frameworks.
  • Risk Management: Maintain a control library for enterprise-wide controls and product-specific controls, and ensure effective tracking, prioritization, and reporting of risks.
  • Compliance: Coordinate assessments to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry requirements.
  • Client Support: Gather, assess, and present information security postures to customers.
  • Education and Awareness: Develop and deliver information security awareness and training.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and Risk Management
  • Bachelor's degree
  • In-depth knowledge of regulations and industry requirements.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Cyber certifications (e.g., CISSP) or equivalent.
