As a consultant in business application solutions, you will specialize in analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This enables clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure goal management systems and set up goal plan XML templates.
  2. Define categories, fields, permissions, and layout for goal plan templates.
  3. Set up and explore new versions of goal management systems.
  4. Manage competency libraries, competencies, and performance details.
  5. Map competencies to job roles and configure performance management systems.
  6. Define standard sections, custom sections, and fields, and permissions in form templates.
  7. Manage the performance management cycle as an administrator.
  8. Configure end-user tools in performance management systems.
  9. Set up calibration settings, templates, and sessions using performance as the data source.
  10. Configure continuous performance management and continuous feedback systems.
  11. Configure 360 reviews and set up XML templates.

Required Skills:

  • PMGM (Performance Management Goal Management)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMGM

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Business Administration

Years of Experience:

  • 6+ years
