Job Title: Data Engineering Solutions LeadWe are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Engineering Solutions Lead to guide the architecture and design of scalable, efficient, and robust data engineering solutions.This is a key leadership role that combines technical expertise and strategic thinking to enable the team to build cutting-edge data systems and pipelines.As the Data Engineering Solutions Lead for our organization, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable ELT systems, data pipelines, and APIs.You will work closely with data engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and built for long-term success.Key Responsibilities :- Design and implement scalable and efficient architectures for ELT systems and data pipelines.
- Lead the design of RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless integration and interaction with data systems.
- Recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, PostgreSQL) to meet current and future business needs.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Create detailed architectural documentation to guide implementation and maintenance.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices by conducting regular reviews.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations for scalability and efficiency.
- Mentor team members on architectural best practices and emerging technologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and leverage them to improve systems and processes.Position Requirements :- 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable data engineering systems.
- Proven track record of delivering robust and efficient solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in designing ELT systems and scalable data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Proficiency in Java and SQL; experience with PostgreSQL.
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and Redshift.
- Strong knowledge of relational database systems and query optimization.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
