High-speed communication protocol design and development play a crucial role in the success of our organization. We are seeking an exceptional engineer to lead this effort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing high-speed communication protocol-based solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Implementing RTL design, coding, and executing industry-standard design flows, adhering to quality standards and guidelines.
  • Creating test bench architecture and test plans for functional verification of IPs, guaranteeing seamless integration and validation.
  • Executing FPGA design flow, setting timing constraints, and resolving timing issues effectively.
  • Integrating existing IPs into system designs, developing comprehensive solutions, and validating them on hardware kits.
  • Ensuring adherence to established quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • At least 9 years of experience in related fields, with expertise in high-speed communication protocols like Ethernet, PON, and OTN.
  • Proficiency in excellent coding skills, coupled with knowledge of industry-standard design flows.
  • Experience in managing FPGA design flow and timing constraint management is highly desirable.
  • Ability to integrate existing IPs into system designs, validate on hardware kits, and optimize overall system performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
