CSAR Manager Job Description

Are you a data-driven professional looking for a challenging role in clinical trial management?

  • We are seeking a highly skilled CSAR Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our clinical trials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences, computer science, or business administration, with experience in managing teams and overseeing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of clinical trial technologies
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Develop and maintain policies, SOPs, and associated documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in life science, computer science, business administration, or related field with 9-13 years of experience
  • Proven track record of managing teams and leading projects
  • Specialist knowledge in life sciences or medically related field
  • General biopharmaceutical clinical research experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in life science, computer science, math, statistics, business administration, or related field with 9-13 years of experience
  • Broad knowledge of data management and programming in the pharmaceutical or biotech arena
  • Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing projects
  • General project management and planning experience
