Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top technical talent through job portals, internal databases, and social media platforms.
- Assess candidates' technical skills and experience through interviews and evaluations.
- Negotiate compensation, benefits, and contracts with candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and hiring managers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market rates, and hiring best practices.
