Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary:
VSERVE EBUSINESS SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and managing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders received by phone or email, including arranging shipments and handling customer service issues.
  • Track inventory levels to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Enter order details into computerized accounting systems to track costs and profits.
  • Communicate with customers about order status and shipping details as required.
  • Take payment information over the phone or Internet from customers to process credit card transactions.
  • Answer questions about order status, shipment schedules, and product information to help resolve customer concerns.
  • Review order forms to ensure all required information has been provided.
  • Communicate with suppliers or manufacturers to obtain product information or status updates on orders.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Order Processing - Purchase.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Docs, SAP, ERP.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Shift Timing: Night Shift (as required by client).
  • Work from Office only.
  • Basic Order Management / Sourcing / Material Followup Experience.
  • Good communication as it involves voice process.
  • Good in Excel and Word.
  • Basics of SAP / any ERP Software.
