Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to join our organization in the field of Information Security. The ideal candidate will have experience in Research and Development, with a strong background in Cyber Security and Threat Intelligence.


About This Role

This position requires a high level of technical expertise, including knowledge of network security, cloud security, and application security. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex systems and identify potential threats.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand the current network, cloud, and application setup.
  2. Research and evaluate emerging technology solutions to meet success criteria as defined by Infosec teams.
  3. Draw risk scenarios and recommended actions based on the threat landscape.
  4. Present research findings, reports, advisories to Management.
  5. Collaborate with Internal technology teams to make them aware and share best practices.
  6. Participate in developing cyber security architecture, roadmaps, strategies, business cases, and remediation plans.
  7. Perform advanced log analysis, forensics, malware analysis, network traffic, and other related activities as needed to determine new attack scenarios.
  8. Evaluate new tools, processes, procedures, and technologies for improving security posture and recommend best practices.
  9. Lead and drive initiatives to enhance internal knowledge based on threats.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years in R&D.
  • Area of R&D may include any of the following areas: Cyber Security, Threat Intelligence, Phishing attacks, Network attack, Network segmentation, Zero trust network, Identity management, Cyber defense, Threat Intelligence, Forensic analysis, Security technologies such as perimeter, TCP/IP, computer networking, routing, and switching, endpoint, and data.
  • Proven operational experience in installation of security platforms and understanding any underlying challenges to reduce business impact.
  • Proven capability to create and improve the strategy threat areas.
  • Contributed to process automation, knowledge sharing, and training other members.
  • Expert capability to design and write scripts/programs from scratch using at least one programming language.
  • Experienced individual with the ability to write and present technical documents/blogs/reports/papers in Management meetings.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and a strong ability to think critically.
  • A self-driven individual contributor who can take initiatives to get things done.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills.
  • Fluent English in reading, writing, and speaking.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science/Information Technology.
  • Any Degree/Certification in Cyber/Information Security, Forensics, Analytics, or equivalent.
  • Total Experience: 10+ years.
