To help us achieve this, we're looking for a Warehouse Operations Specialist who can join us in building and growing our enterprise business, Pan India.

In this role, you'll oversee all warehouse activities, maximizing efficiency and minimizing staff overtime. You'll also ensure effective, safe operations by implementing procedures and policies, analyzing logistics data to increase productivity, and aid in loss prevention.

You'll be responsible for supervising receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, implementing operational policies and procedures, managing security operations, and maintaining inventory control and quality assurance. Additionally, you'll motivate, organize, and discipline staff, manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse goods, inspect, maintain, and manage warehouse equipment and vehicles, and keep detailed records of warehouse activities (P&L).

Your estimated salary will be ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive benefits package.
