Senior Influencer Marketing Executive Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to join our organization. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Influencer Outreach & Campaign Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's goals and KPIs.
  2. Content Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging, and brand-aligned content, adhering to the brand guidelines and optimized for performance.
  3. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the brand, product, and creative teams to align influencer activities with marketing objectives.
  5. Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing and the beauty/wellness industry, identifying emerging influencers and innovative campaign ideas.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty/wellness industry.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  5. Proficient in using influencer marketing tools such as HypeAuditor, Qoruz, or similar platforms.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  7. Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products.
