  • Breakdown maintenance will be attended to in compliance with cGMP regulations.
  • The engineer must adhere to cGMP, GDP, and safety guidelines throughout their work.
  • A key aspect of the job is maintaining good coordination with other departments to resolve plant maintenance issues.
  • Spares management for all process equipment is also a crucial responsibility.
  • Operation and maintenance of the HVAC system are essential functions.
  • The engineer must ensure clean room parameters are maintained and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • They are also responsible for operating the HVAC Requalification system.
  • Effective communication of EHS issues is vital, and the engineer must convey relevant concerns to the appropriate person.
  • Preparation of purchase requests, including spare parts and work details, is an important task.
  • Coordination with vendors for AMC-covered equipment is also required.
  • Detailed documentation of preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance is necessary.
  • The role includes the execution of running projects, new projects, and plant extension works.
  • Preparation of equipment qualification documents is a critical function.
