Job Title: Visionary Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to spearhead our architectural projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage projects from conceptualization to completion.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of architecture, with expertise in commercial, residential, and institutional architectural projects planning and execution. They will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, creating detailed BOQs, and overseeing project coordination and management.

  • Develop cutting-edge design solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, construction managers, and quantity surveyors.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion and profitability.

The successful candidate will be an active listener, a strategic thinker, and a passionate advocate for exceptional design and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans and designs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a boutique company or similar setting.
  • Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Foreign education or work experience.
  • Knowledge of technical standards, regulatory frameworks, and health & safety regulations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists.
