Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to lead our Wealth Management team in India.
Main Responsibilities:
- Performance Enhancement: Manage the performance of the region, drive business growth, and establish a strong market presence.
- Market Share Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share, expand customer base, and improve revenue streams.
- Brand Development: Own and establish a strong brand identity for Tata Capital Wealth Management, enhancing its reputation and visibility in the market.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Recruit and develop top talent, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce that drives business success.
- Revenue Optimization: Review team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to maximize revenue potential.
- Clients Acquisition and Relationship Management: Acquire and manage high-value clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing plans to attract new customers, retain existing ones, and drive business growth.
- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency in all business dealings.
- Financial Product Profiling: Profile customers, provide tailored financial products, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
Qualifications: MBA, PGDBA, or equivalent qualification.
Skills and Certifications: AMFI, NISM, IRDA certification.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Wealth Management or a related field.
