Kapcher Architecture Interiors is a leading architecture and interior design firm seeking an experienced Senior MEP Design Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production, ensuring that all designs meet customer requirements in accordance with relevant codes & standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Develop new designs and update existing ones, ensuring they meet all necessary design requirements
    • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
    • Proven experience in CAD software and proficiency in SLD, BOQ Shop Drawing, DB Schedule & estimate Preparation
    • Sound knowledge of codes & standards, with a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Candidates available for immediate joining, residing in or around the Ernakulam district
