We're seeking a seasoned AI expert to contribute to the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in custom model creation and scalable pipeline design.

This role involves collaborating with a global team to drive impactful AI initiatives. Strong programming skills in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face are required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model Development: Design and develop machine learning and deep learning models for business-specific problems.
  • Pipeline Creation: Build and maintain scalable AI pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
  • MLOps Practices: Ensure high-performance, scalable, and production-ready deployment using MLOps practices.
  • Optimization: Optimize models with hyperparameter tuning, distributed training, GPU optimization, and advanced techniques.
  • Research: Contribute to research initiatives and adopt innovations in Large Language Models, generative AI, and automation frameworks.
  • Documentation: Document technical processes, architectures, and pipeline workflows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and independent work ethic.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI/ML platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

A strong track record in building and managing ML pipelines is essential for success in this role.
