About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT infrastructure specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining network infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation across servers and workstations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Network Administration: Administer and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation across servers and workstations.
  2. Technical Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and assist with employee onboarding.
  3. System Security: Monitor and enforce system security protocols, ensuring protection against cybersecurity threats.
  4. System Upgrades: Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and software/hardware audits to maintain system integrity.
Requirements
  1. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in networking protocols, operating systems, and hardware platforms is required.
  3. Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  4. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Cisco UCS are highly desirable.
