Senior Developer Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Developer Lead to spearhead the development of our enterprise applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable web applications using .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
  • Architect and implement secure identity provider integrations including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and OAuth/OpenID Connect flows.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate project requirements into effective technical designs.
  • Guide the development team on best practices in clean code, unit testing, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and secure coding techniques.
  • Mentor developers, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Ensure timely delivery through sprint planning and estimation.
  • Support application deployments and post-deployment issue resolution.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in the .NET ecosystem and Identity & Access Management.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6/8, ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
  • Hands-on experience with identity provider integrations, including configuring applications and managing user flows.
  • Good knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and SQL Server/Entity Framework.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud services like Azure/AWS and DevOps practices is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
