Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 6 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market, sales cycles, and customer preferences.
