Key Accountant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Accountant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening the finance backbone for high-growth organizations.

  • Ensure accuracy of financial accounts and oversee monthly and annual book closure.
  • Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and dashboards, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Budget vs Actual.
  • Drive financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews to inform business decisions.
  • Evaluate and establish systems, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance and compliance.
  • Ensure statutory, investor, and audit requirements are met and compliance is tracked across functions.
  • Manage and track Capital Structure and investor obligations.
  • Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting initiatives.
  • Lead audit readiness and compliance tracking efforts across the organization.
