
Senior Process Improvement Specialist

The role of a Business Analyst involves analyzing the operational requirements of a business and identifying solutions to improve processes.
This includes working with stakeholders to understand technology needs, customer journeys, and user requirements. The Business Analyst will also promote consistency in architectural standards and usability guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify areas for process improvement
- Work collaboratively with business teams
- Participate in SAP implementation projects
- Define business requirements and metrics
- Map business processes
- Resolve issues
- Translate user requirements into functional specifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst preferred
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and FICO strongly preferred
- Broad IT domain experience in multiple areas such as Development, Architecture, Project Management, and Quality Assurance
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Able to work independently and drive collaboration among team members
- Ability to convert business requirements into use cases and user stories
