Job Title: SAP ABAP TM Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned SAP ABAP Technical Consultant with expertise in Transportation Management (TM) to join our team.

This role involves utilizing extensive knowledge of BOPF, FPM, FBI, Web Dynpro, VSR Optimizer BadI's, POWL, Process Controller, and PPF frameworks to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing custom fields, enhancing POWL queries, and modifying data in the TM module through ABAP using BOPF models.
  • Extending BOPF backend and standard TM UI, as well as creating enhancements to WD4A in the TM module.
  • Creating, modifying, and extracting data in the TM module through ABAP using BOPF models.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Migrating data between business objects and handling dependent objects in the backend and UI.
  • Integrating TM with GTS and EM, developing enhancements in EM, and working with PI to enhance standard services.
  • Implementing REST and SOAP APIs into TM, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Leading S/4 HANA implementation projects, responsible for designing and developing ABAP programs in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments.
Requirements:
  • 7-15 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on Transportation Management (TM).
  • Hands-on experience with Clean Core frameworks and development methodologies.
  • Ability to perform code reviews, unit testing, and technical specification reviews.
  • Understanding of functional domains like Finance and OTC.
  • Proficiency in CDS views, OData, and RAP technologies.
