**DevOps Engineer Position**

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce development lifecycle using Copado, ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery.

  • Ensure proper configuration and management of Salesforce environments (Production, Sandbox, Developer) related to deployment configurations
  • Implement and manage Copado DevOps solutions for Salesforce, including release management, version control, and automated deployments
  • Create and maintain deployment pipelines and release plans using Copado
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copado and Salesforce deployments
  • Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate and streamline the Salesforce development and release process
  • Monitor and optimize pipeline performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
About the Role

This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, Copado tools, and best practices for DevOps processes. You should have hands-on experience with Copado DevOps platform, including setup, configuration, and management. Additionally, you should have proficiency with version control systems such as Bitbucket, familiarity with scripting languages like Bash or Python, and experience with cloud platforms and containerization.

  2. Configure and manage Salesforce environments
  3. Implement and manage Copado DevOps solutions
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  5. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer are preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
