About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Specialist to join our team at Ernst and Young LLP. As a key member of our Workplace Enablement Services department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest relations within the Centre, driving operational excellence in hospitality and event coordination.
  • Support the development and execution of customer-centric programs, training initiatives, and events that enhance employee experience and improve efficiency.
  • Lead the management of expatriates, including greeting, orientation, and providing necessary information during their stay.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, customers, vendors, industry peers, and global contacts.
  • Coordinate events such as town halls, leadership visits, partner conferences, and strategic off-sites.
  • Maintain compliance with approved policies, procedures, and processes, and contribute to the development of SOPs and operating budgets.
  • Handle customer escalations efficiently and respond to emergency situations.
  • Participate in professional forums and events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of managerial experience, with a minimum of 2 years in managing similar roles in comparable organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, excellent public relations and communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex workloads and lead teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office package and strong decision-making abilities.
