Job Title: Financial Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Associate to manage key financial functions, ensure compliance, and provide valuable insights to support our organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Maintain the general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate on budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance and recommending cost optimizations to drive business growth.
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable, including vendor management and collections to ensure timely payment and minimize bad debts.
  • Ensure tax compliance and assist in preparing tax returns to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Support internal and external audits, addressing queries and implementing improvements to strengthen controls.
  • Continuously review processes for improvement and efficiency, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to manage financial data effectively, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Stay updated on accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations to maintain expertise and ensure compliance.
  • Communicate financial insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively, providing actionable recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA Inter is a plus.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Tally).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with ability to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
