Job Summary

The Head - Marketing Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of our marketing and advertising initiatives. This includes generating revenue by increasing enrolment, enhancing brand awareness, and managing marketing resources and staff.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our school's mission and objectives.">
  • Oversee market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.">
  • Create and manage annual marketing plans and budgets.">
  • Enhance and manage the brand identity of our school chain.">
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials.">
  • Protect the reputation and image of our schools through proactive communication and public relations strategies.">
  • Develop and execute enrolment growth strategies to increase student admissions.">
  • Analyse enrolment data and trends to inform marketing strategies.">
  • Collaborate with admissions teams to support recruitment and retention initiatives.">
  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.">
  • Utilize data analytics to track and improve online engagement and campaign performance.">
  • Represent our schools at events, conferences, and other public forums.">
  • Manage the marketing team, providing leadership, guidance, and development opportunities.">
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance with brand guidelines.">
  • Evaluate and select vendors and partners for marketing initiatives.">
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities and campaigns.">
  • Regularly report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.">
  • Use data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and tactics.">
