Social Media Leader

We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Lead to oversee our political campaigns' online presence. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of political communication, Indian electoral dynamics, and digital trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with political goals and public sentiment.
- Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Create engaging, informative, and emotionally compelling content (posts, reels, videos, memes, infographics).
- Monitor political trends, news cycles, and public feedback to adapt strategies in real-time.
- Handle live social media coverage of political rallies, events, and press briefings.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and field teams for timely content delivery.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign reach, and engagement metrics to improve visibility and voter connection.
- Handle crisis communication and online reputation management.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in political digital marketing or related social media roles.
- Strong understanding of Indian politics, local voter behavior (Pune/Maharashtra), and grassroots-level digital influence.
- Proficiency in Marathi and English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with paid ads, boosting, analytics tools, and campaign reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, especially during elections.
