Senior Data Engineer Position Overview

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing data engineering solutions for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex data pipelines using Snowflake, Apache Beam, or similar technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement data solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure data processing systems.
  • Work closely with data scientists and analysts to ensure seamless data flow and analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in data engineering and management.
  • Strong experience with Snowflake DB, including programming knowledge using Snowflake, SnowSight, and Snowpipes.
  • Experience with data modeling tools and techniques, including Data Warehouse, OLAP/Cube, and Tabular Model/Cube design.
  • Proficiency in machine learning methods, such as linear regression, correlation, and statistical modeling.
  • Expertise in MS SQL Server and Cosmos DB.
  • Ability to write complex, highly optimized SQL queries across large datasets.
  • Experience in managing data pipelines and Azure MSBI Architect/Developer skills are desired.
  • Google Analytics and Social Media Analytics experience is a plus.
