Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Delivery Lead/Manager for FX & Rates Solutions Investment Banking.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality solutions to clients.

About the Role
  • Conduct market research to inform client strategy and risk management decisions
  • Develop market updates, pitch books, and market trackers to support client engagement
  • Promote derivative trade pricing and structuring, and propose trade ideas and market themes to enhance client relationships
  • Create bespoke derivative trade documents and term-sheets to meet client needs
  • Manage trade life cycles including onboarding, booking, confirmations, settlement, reconciliation, and payments to ensure seamless execution
  • Collaborate with trading desks, legal, and clients on Legal agreements execution and negotiations to drive business growth
  • Support clients' leadership teams with MIS reports and trade portfolio tracking to inform strategic decisions

To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Finance or related field (Chartered Accountants accepted)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Finance Industry, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with databases such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Dealogic, Debtwire, LCD Comps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build strong client relationships
