Lead Creative Director

About the Role:

The Marketing Department is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director to lead our creative team.

Responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual assets, managing the creative team, and overseeing the entire visual output of the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine brand identities, logos, and style guides for clients.
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear creative directions and deliverables.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with developers, photographers, and external vendors to deliver seamless creative solutions.
  • Review, guide, and approve final artwork before release.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or Fine Arts.
  • 6+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
