Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Information Security Officer to lead our organization's security strategy. This critical role will strengthen our security posture, ensure compliance with global standards, and serve as a key liaison with clients regarding our security protocols.

  • The successful candidate will implement robust security controls, procedures, and protocols across the organization.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant frameworks and regulations.
  • Conduct internal reviews of security practices, identify gaps or vulnerabilities, and ensure timely remediation.
  • Review, update, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to maintain a robust security posture.
  • Meet with prospective and current clients to explain our security protocols, address concerns, and support compliance-related inquiries.
  • Proactively identify risks and recommend practical solutions to mitigate threats.
Requirements
  • 7 years of experience in information security, compliance, or risk management.
  • Strong background in implementing and managing security programs aligned with global standards.
  • Experience communicating technical security concepts to clients and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
Technical Skills
  • Deep understanding of information security principles, technologies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, cloud services, and BPO operational models.
  • Knowledge of U.S. security standards and regulatory requirements.
