We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Success Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and activity providers across the city.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen connections with schools and parents.
  • Onboard schools onto our platform, explaining how it works and gathering accurate information about their classes.
  • Verify class schedules, fees, and other details through phone and WhatsApp conversations.
  • Engage with parents who have submitted inquiries, asking about their experience and how we can assist further.
  • Maintain records of outreach and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Friendly, empathetic, and confident when interacting with schools and parents over phone and WhatsApp.
  • Able to follow processes, use templates, and update basic records.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and web-based tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer support, inside sales, or school communication roles.
  • Graduate degree in any field or currently pursuing studies while available part-time.
  • Candidates with education-related backgrounds (play school experience) will be given preference.
