High-Performing SAP FICO Expert Wanted

We are seeking an accomplished SAP FICO professional with 12-15 years of experience in project management leadership roles, particularly in greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in core SAP FICO modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center, along with robust integration experience with Sales and Distribution and Materials Management.

This role involves managing SAP projects across multiple modules using methodologies like SAP Activate, aligning SAP initiatives with business objectives, and ensuring transparent stakeholder communication. The candidate should be proficient in analyzing and translating complex business requirements into effective SAP FICO solutions, experienced in key business cycles such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.

Adept at delivering comprehensive functional specifications, leading user acceptance testing, and ensuring smooth go-lives. This position requires overseeing SAP technical modules including ABAP, BASIS, and PI/PO to ensure cohesive end-to-end project delivery aligned with strategic finance objectives.

  • SAP Project Management: Proven leadership skills in managing SAP projects across multiple modules, aligning SAP initiatives with business objectives, and ensuring transparent stakeholder communication.
  • Business Process Expertise: Skilled in analyzing and translating complex business requirements into effective SAP FICO solutions, experienced in key business cycles such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: In-depth knowledge of FICO integration with SD and MM modules, proficient in managing Credit Management, Revenue and Inventory Management.
